Ask us to delete your information

If you have enquired about a property, commented on or messaged our Facebook Page or Instagram account, or listed a property with us, we may hold your name, contact details and what you sent. You can ask us to delete it.

1. Send us a message saying you want your information deleted, with the name and the phone number or email you used with us. WhatsApp is quickest: +1 555 555 0100. Email or a note through the contact page also works.
2. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and delete the records within 14 days, except anything we must keep for a completed sale or rental agreement.
3. We tell you when it is done.

If you connected to us through Facebook or Instagram and removed our app from your account, Facebook sends us a deletion request automatically and we treat it the same way.
